The brief was to execute Cisco’s annual flagship event for India and SAARC partners in Bahrain. To translate the theme into all aspects of the communication, conference and experience.
This confluence provided a unique platform to strengthen the ties between Cisco India and SAARC Leadership teams. It also helped to create positive disposition towards the CISCO brand in India.
The confluence was spread across three days of power packed panel discussions and networking sessions, deep diving into interesting keynotes to understand how cisco and its partners can together pave the way forward towards a true Digital India.
The location (Bahrain) and the theme were fused together to bring alive the concept of Leading Together from the pre-event communication to the onsite experience. Almost 3 months of creative conceptualization and strategic planning with laser focused commitment on execution led to 3 flawless days of a truly memorable event experience. The basic thought behind the creative route was a weave pattern which showcased the success of Cisco and their partners, woven together. In each aspect of the conference this was the driving thought which fuelled the communication and ideas.
The Welcome Dinner showcased how Bahrain, a mix of traditional customs and modern wonders, is setting the pace for the Gulf region. We introduced Neuron racing and Kahoot quiz to increase the engagement of the attendees.
The speaker entries showcased the synergy of each individual leader through their business acumen and personal interests and how they complement each other to Lead Together. Sourav Ganguly, the celebrity speaker regaled the audience with his story of transformation and the power of leading together. His powerful insights and witty anecdotes had everyone glued to their seats.
The AV spoke of notable partnerships that have made an impact throughout time. Each thought showed how 2 things formed a balance to Lead Together.
