The launch of Dell EMC 14G Servers was an exhilarating experience when it went LIVE. The event marked the launch of the ‘Bedrock of the Modern Data Centre’, Dell EMC 14th Generation Server portfolio, coming to India. The new 14th generation server, also known as ‘Poweredge’, is an innovative technology that is set to become the impetus for modernization of IT infrastructure and open doors to server innovation.

The much awaited event for the India Launch was conceptualised with an innovative Product Launch through 3D mapping concept. The opening note was given by Rajesh Janey – President & Managing Director, Enterprise Dell EMC, on the Modern Data Center and how the 14G Server meets all the requirements. Janey also created a build up for the reveal of the 14G Server which kept the audience in suspense throughout. After the opening note, Manish Gupta, Senior Director & General Manager, Dell EMC, put in a key and the 14G server was bought out much to the delight of the crowd.

The real highlight of the show were the famous cricket celebrities Javagal Srinath and Gautam Gambhir who spoke about their experiences in life, cricket and how it is the core which helped them to succeed.
The event was also a celebration for the accomplishments of the Indian research and development team for Dell EMC that contributed more than 60 per cent to overall server systems management software with the grounds up engineering of the 14G servers touching three key tenets of scalability, intelligent automation and integrated security.

The event in all the three cities ended on a high and was a right blend of experiential learning and networking. The high profile event was attended by more than 250 CIOs of leading organizations from all over India and the world. More than 200 partners also attended the event. All the attendees, along with the Dell EMC management team, highly appreciated the innovative concept of the event.
