IBM Security E-Summit was a drive started with an objective to increase new accounts for IBM security portfolio (MaaS360 & QRadar). The drive was strategically targeted at enterprise level organizations, and focused on audience profile similar to Head – IT, DGM – IT, Chief Office – IT, CISO, CIO, CTO, IT Security Officer, GM – IT and Digital teams.
As a part of the drive, various enterprise organizations were identified and invited to attend to E-summit with invitations being sent via E-mail blasts and Tele-calling. By capturing RSVP data, the interested people were identified and their attendance was confirmed by calling.
The E-Summit was hosted on a neutral platform where the customers met and interacted virtually with a host of IBM experts. Onsite Attendee managing, feedback data management and missed / thank you EDMs followed the event. Interested leads were identified, and nurtured through the process and forwarded to the IBM team.
939 registrations from 729 organizations were received as token of their interest in the E-summit. 305 attendees from 263 unique enterprise organizations attended the E-Summit, from over 25 cities. As a result of this drive, IBM was able to convert 20 new accounts for the IBM Security Portfolio.
