Nokia Partnership Beyond Manpower Program was initiated with the objective of training sales consultants to better handle the new Nokia Devices (Lumia Series) and to equip them with the knowledge to be able to demonstrate the features of the Nokia Lumia devices to the customers with confidence as well as in a professional manner.
Under the program, more than 20 flagship consultants from the North India region, 50 Force Field Area Sales Managers and 1100 sales Consultants were engaged with 40 Route Trainers. A Training Calendar for classroom training was used to track the progress of classes for the sales-force. Daily and monthly reporting was used to mark the milestones covered during the training.
32+ towns were covered as a part of the program. 25 participants were included per training with 4-5 training sessions per day. As a result of this initiative, the sales consultants working with Nokia Lumia were able to get hands-on training for the new Lumia devices and were able to convert prospective customers much more effectively.
